Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Nova Willow Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in El Paso. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
