Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Silverline Loom Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Wichita. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
