Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Greenridge Pike Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Families are partners. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with attendance records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
