Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Greenridge North Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for resident events, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for resident events. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with resident events. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Reno. • We reply to every applicant.
