Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bluepeak Thistle Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Little Rock area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 983 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
