Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Nova Pine Property Management manages apartment communities around Colorado Springs. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 992 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
