Silverline Vista Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for unit turnovers, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • Fully remote, with a monthly team day in Louisville. • We reply to every applicant.
