Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Haven Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Spokane. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
