Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Westbrook Willow Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 31 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Phoenix. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
