Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bluepeak Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for lease renewals, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with quarterly visits in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
