Redstone Ivory Health Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for insurance authorisations, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of about 626 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for insurance authorisations. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with insurance authorisations. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We reply to every applicant.
