Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Ridge Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Providence, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for school calendars. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with school calendars. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Providence. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
