Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Amberfield Ridge Property Management Group is a Columbus property manager with leasing, maintenance and resident services, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Residents are neighbours, not numbers. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with maintenance requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Columbus. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
