Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Foxglove Cobalt Early Learning runs childcare centres in Little Rock caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for family communication. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
