Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bluepeak Pine Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Knoxville area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 89 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
