Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Bluepeak Pike Property Management manages apartment communities around Miami. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with vendor invoices. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, with flexible days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Miami. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
