Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Nova Loom Early Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for tuition and subsidies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Nashville. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
