Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Harborlight Pine Community Partners is a Las Vegas charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Mission matters here, and so does looking after staff. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with volunteer shifts. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • Remote-friendly, with a monthly team day in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
