Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

Redstone Kestrel Housing is a nonprofit housing provider in Colorado Springs, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 23 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease compliance. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with lease compliance. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • Fully remote, with an occasional day on site in Colorado Springs. • We reply to every applicant.
