Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (remote)

We are growing our team at Bright Drift Civic Services and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people, working mostly from home. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with constituent requests. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • Fully remote, with quarterly visits in Knoxville. • We reply to every applicant.
