Ironwood Fox Learning Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for attendance records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Raleigh. • We reply to every applicant.
