Highbridge Wilder Early Learning runs childcare centres in Portland caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We celebrate small wins and steady routines. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for meal programmes. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with meal programmes. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Portland. • We reply to every applicant.
