Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Pittsburgh, PA)

Nova North Early Learning runs childcare centres in Pittsburgh caring for infants, toddlers and preschoolers, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of about 580 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with classroom supplies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
