Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Pittsburgh, PA)

Greenridge Cobalt Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for enrolment, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 131 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment.
