Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Pittsburgh, PA)

Redstone North Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for classroom supplies, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 129 people based in Pittsburgh. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for classroom supplies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with classroom supplies. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Pittsburgh, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
