Foxglove Pine Housing manages affordable housing communities across Phoenix. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. We value patience and follow-through. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with waiting lists. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Phoenix. • We reply to every applicant.
