Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Vale Housing Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Orlando. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for waiting lists. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with waiting lists. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Orlando. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
