Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Orlando, FL)

We are growing our team at Nova Nest Property Management and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for lease renewals. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with lease renewals. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Orlando, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
