Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Omaha, NE)

Amberfield Nest Community Partners is a Omaha charity working with residents on basic needs and opportunity, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 113 people based in Omaha. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for volunteer shifts. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with volunteer shifts. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Omaha. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
