Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Omaha, NE)

Redstone Ridge Property Management manages apartment communities around Omaha. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance requests. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Omaha, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
