Ironwood Timber Property Management looks after rental homes across the Oakland area. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Maintenance and leasing staff share information every day. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with unit turnovers. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Oakland. • We reply to every applicant.
