Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (New Orleans, LA)

Bluepeak Iron Learning Group Partners operates schools and learning programmes around New Orleans. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for student accounts. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with student accounts. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
