Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (New Orleans, LA)

We are growing our team at Redstone Iron Learning Group and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in New Orleans. • We reply to every applicant.
