Bright Keystone Care Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for licensing, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Teams support each other, especially on hard days. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for licensing. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Bilingual English and Spanish.
