Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (New Orleans, LA)

Rivermark Glen Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around New Orleans. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. What you will do • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in New Orleans, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
