Silverline Vista Property Management Group is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for vendor invoices, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 50 people based in Nashville. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for vendor invoices. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field.
