Bright Basin Civic Services is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for budget submissions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for budget submissions. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with budget submissions. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Minneapolis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
