Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Miami, FL)

Lumen Granite Learning Group runs classrooms and tutoring across the Miami area, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with enrolment. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Miami, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
