Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Miami, FL)

Rivermark Junction Property Management manages apartment communities around Miami. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Miami. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for unit turnovers. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with unit turnovers. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Miami. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
