Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Little Rock, AR)

Westbrook Union Civic Services works with county and city offices around Little Rock, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for constituent requests. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Little Rock. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
