Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Little Rock, AR)

Foxglove Sable Community Partners is a nonprofit in Little Rock supporting families with food, housing and job help, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 42 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for donor records. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with donor records. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Little Rock. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
