Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Little Rock, AR)

We are growing our team at Northwind Cobalt Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 173 people based in Little Rock. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for enrolment. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Experience with enrolment. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Little Rock. • We reply to every applicant.
