Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Las Vegas, NV)

Ironwood Haven Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Las Vegas, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Las Vegas. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for attendance records. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with attendance records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Las Vegas. • We reply to every applicant.
