Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Knoxville, TN)

Bright Field Housing Group manages affordable housing communities across Knoxville. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 108 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for maintenance stores. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with maintenance stores. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Knoxville. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
