Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Knoxville, TN)

Ironwood Loom Property Management is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for rent collection, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Knoxville. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Help with applications and appointments for rent collection. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Connect clients with partner agencies. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with rent collection.
