Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Kansas City, MO)

Harborlight Lantern Learning Group operates schools and learning programmes around Kansas City, and we need a Case Manager to lead our follow-up and outcomes. We follow the school calendar and we like people who like learning. What you will do • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Help with applications and appointments for learning materials. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with learning materials. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Kansas City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
