Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Jacksonville, FL)

Nova Timber Early Learning is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for licensing records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Jacksonville. What you will do • Help with applications and appointments for licensing records. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. Nice to have • Experience with licensing records. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Jacksonville, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
