Silverline Willow Community Partners is looking for a Case Manager. The job centres on follow-up and outcomes for client intake, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Flexibility and kindness are expected. What you will do • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Help with applications and appointments for client intake. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with client intake. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Jackson, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
