Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Indianapolis, IN)

Nova Amber Early Learning is an early-learning provider in Indianapolis. We are hiring a Case Manager to take on follow-up and outcomes. Children come first and so does looking after the teachers. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. What we are looking for • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. Nice to have • Bilingual English and Spanish. • Experience with tuition and subsidies. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Indianapolis. • We reply to every applicant.
