Case Manager - follow-up and outcomes (Houston, TX)

We are growing our team at Bright Willow Early Learning and adding a Case Manager whose main responsibility will be follow-up and outcomes. You would join a small organisation of about 125 people based in Houston. What you will do • Report outcomes to funders in clear, short summaries. • Connect clients with partner agencies. • Help with applications and appointments for tuition and subsidies. • Meet clients, understand their needs and build a simple plan. • Follow up regularly and update records accurately. What we are looking for • Strong documentation habits. • Empathy, patience and good boundaries. • Experience in social services, casework or a related field. Nice to have • Experience with tuition and subsidies. • Bilingual English and Spanish. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Houston. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
